My name is Ricky King, and I 'm a recovering drug addict. For several years I was addicted to some of the most dangerous drugs on the market. My recovery has been long and hard with several trials along the way.
I have now been clean for a little over two years, and in that time have completely changed my life around. I am now using my past experiences to help others understand, and avoid, the dangers of drugs.
For the past year I have been speaking at different schools about the dangers of drug abuse. I am passionate in my desire to help kids stay off drugs, and hope that in some way, I can warn them before it is to late.
I have been asked to participate in this blog in order answer any questions or concerns that any of you may have. Whether you are a parent, friend, or drug user yourself, please feel free to ask me any questions that you wish. I will be honest in my answers and very strait forward. Periodically I will be responding to questions that are found in the forum.
